TEACHER OF SPANISH with FRENCH

Required for 1st May 2019, the Trustees of Stephenson Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an ambitious, talented and hardworking Teacher of Spanish to teach up to ‘A’ level and French to at least Key Stage 3 in a popular and high achieving School on the edge of Merseyside. This post is a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave until the spring term.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, with excellent interpersonal skills and will join a buoyant and outstanding Modern Foreign Languages Faculty who produce results that are in the top 10% of languages GCSE results in the country.
The school has an excellent local reputation and is significantly oversubscribed. Judged ‘Good’ in November 2014, we are now pushing towards ‘outstanding’ status, with all of the excitement of setting and achieving the highest standards on a daily basis. This is a fixed term contract until 31st August 2019 and then on a one year rolling basis, dependent upon SEN and High Needs funding.

The hours of work are 1 hour 15 minutes per day to supervise and ensure the safety, good conduct and wellbeing of the Students during the lunchtime break. Previous experience of working with children and young people is essential.
